By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referred to on our website, including our Shipping Policy, Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy and Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
2. Products and Product Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, measurements and specifications are accurate.
Product colours, finishes, grain and texture may appear slightly different because of lighting, screen settings, natural material variations or manufacturing batches.
Measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Please check all dimensions, fixing centres, compatibility information and installation requirements before ordering or making permanent alterations.
Minor variations do not affect your rights where a product is materially different from its description.
Product availability may change without notice.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).
The total product price, applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown before you complete payment.

If a price or product description contains an obvious error, we may decline the order before it is accepted. Any payment already collected for an order we cannot accept will be refunded.

5. Delivery, Cancellations and Returns
Order processing times, delivery services, charges and estimated delivery periods are set out in our Shipping Policy and displayed at checkout where applicable.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.
Responsibility for the goods remains with us until they are received by you or a person authorised by you, except where you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer.
Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
6. Installation and Use
Please check that a product is suitable for its intended location before installation.
Products must be installed, used and maintained in accordance with the product information and any instructions supplied.
Plumbing, electrical, structural or safety-related work should be completed by a suitably competent professional.
We are not responsible for damage caused solely by:
- incorrect or unsuitable installation;
- misuse or neglect;
- unauthorised alteration;
- failure to follow the supplied instructions; or
- normal wear and tear.
This does not affect your rights where a product or installation instruction supplied by us is faulty, unsafe or incorrect.
